How to get API Key and Form ID of ConvertKit

1. Login to ConverKit

2. Go to Account/Settings https://app.convertkit.com/account/edit

3. Click On Show and copy the API Key

4. Go to Landing Pages and Form and click on Create New

5. Select type Form, choose a format Form and Template

6. Copy the Form ID
